What is the difference 1 Soy wax is made from the direct processing of soy beans making our wax vegetable based rather then a crude oil based product.2. Since soy wax is vegetable based it doesn t require a higher melting temperature versus paraffin wax as well paraffin wax being petroleum based burns off faster as well while omitting soot in the area soy wax will burn slower and there is no soot from the burning of it.3. Soy wax is renewable versus paraffin.Low and behold soy wax it much healthier to use over a paraffin product Our sprinkles are much smaller then the little blocks you get in the candle section of your store combined that with the lower melting temperature required to dye and fragrance the product allows for our cooling time to be much shorter and allow our product to retain more fragrance then paraffin actually our product is heated dyed fragranced and formed into sprinkles then cooled to a 63 degree holding temperature in about 30-40 second versus the 1-2 hour process used in making the larger blocks while in that process the fragrance is cooked away.
