Great toys are made for all seasons from birth to 80 years old. Think ahead to the winter holidays and search for something new for older children or grandchildren and kids and teens can now collect.I looked at her then at my daughter s room and smiled.The day she crawled for the first time the first time she said momma the first time she smiled at me.I knew I would remember these little things forever.I looked at her room the curtains were a mess toys everywhere and tons of baby items... little diapers and onesies cute little outfits that her newborn cousin no longer wears books rattles diapers wipes.I smile I don t want to buy any more little baby things.I grab a few items clean up the toys and leave the room.I open the back door and am greeted by the sweet smell of fall.I call my little one to me.I hug her tight kiss her on the cheeks.She smiles and falls into my arms.I pick her up and carry her into the kitchen.We love this day this time of year the leaves are changing there is a chill in the air the sun is shining.We love getting out in the yard and raking jumping in the leaves jumping in the wagon running and swinging in the swing set.We have alot of work to do in our yard.I know it will take us the entire fall and winter to get it in shape but we are up for the challenge.I sit on the swing little one in my lap her favorite ball to bounce is in my hand.We swing for a little while.We talk about how pretty the leaves are.I do not complain but complain a little to my husband when he will not rake when he does not pick up the leaves when he insists that the leaves are good for the grass .He doesn t know what good they are for the grass.We talk about colors how the leaves are changing.I am still amazed at her at how she says momma and loves me.She smiles and laughs she is my little love bug.I am reminded of the reason for this time of year our God a new life a precious daughter.I will forever think of this time of year and her birth every October and November Omgitems.com
