It is perched directly on the ocean with steps from the petite lawn lined with beach roses down to a gorgeous four-mile semi-private beach. Spend your perfect summer days swimming kayaking taking a morning run or just lounging on the sand and when the day is done rinse the sand away under the outdoor faucet. Updates have been made with thoughtful attention to detail focused on maintaining the integrity of the original cottage yet equipped with the conveniences necessary for todays modern family.On the first floor is the ocean front living room anchored by a beautiful natural fireplace. The fully equipped open concept kitchen dining is a great spot for a quick lunch or breakfast. Adjacent to the kitchen is a screened in back porch it s table for ten is a favorite for al fresco dining with easy access to the gas BBQ. There is also a half bath.Second floor has three bedrooms one with direct ocean views and the other two have peeks of the ocean. All have full size beds and share a full bath. Up the stairs to the third floor is a converted attic named The Bunkhouse perfect for kids Fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves from any bed in the house.Amenities include plenty of beach towels washer dryer Keurig coffee maker and hair dryer.You are one mile away from our family favorite Wells Beach Lobster Pound where they cook the lobsters for your take-out lobster bake at home Approximately five miles away you can enjoy Perkins Cove and quaint down town Ogunquit for shopping and dining.
