House cleaning regularly

3 bedroom house in Corvallis older retired gentleman who just does not do good enough job cleaning would love to have a young lady flitting around the house now and then picking up after me. One room will be a rental room so usually just two bedrooms to clean (one is an office) then a living room bathroom and kitchen dining.
