Workline Solutions is hiring Machine Operators for the following shifts 1st 5 30am-2pm (at) 17.502nd 1 30-10pm (at) 18.503rd 9 30pm-6am (at) 20.50These positions are a temp to hire.General Operator - This position covers a variety of skill sets within the production plant creeling and weaving carbon fiber using machinery and equipmentEducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent General AssignmentsWorks in a safe manner and reports unsafe conditions immediately to supervisor Understands quality policy and his her role in producing a quality product Reports daily to his her assigned area Achieves required efficiencies as defined by task assigned Maintains required traceability of AS91000 Completes Maintains required paperwork labeling for assigned task Produces a quality product Maintains a clean and tidy work area performs required cleaning at end of shifts Knowledge and SkillsFamiliarity with a Manufacturing environment Must demonstrate oral written and reading comprehension of the English language. Critical Thinking- Using logic and reasoning to identify the solution to problems. Communication with others to convey information effectively Must possess basic math skills Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and able to collaborate in a team environment to complete objectives on time Must be reliable adaptable and open to change Must have own reliable transportation Must be available to work Overtime and open to rotating weekend shifts as assigned Job Type Full-timeSalary 17.50 - 20.50 per hour
