SUMMARY Management Business Solutions (MBS) is seeking a Business Unit Controller for its manufacturing client in Dallas TX. This individual will be responsible for managing the financial and operating performance of multiple manufacturing and distribution facilities as well as P& L responsibility for several operational business units. Responsibilities will include financial reporting analysis and forecasting product and operations cost management tracking and driving performance measurement and improvement and ensuring compliance with all internal and external reporting requirements. Hybrid work schedule flexibility and relocation allowance available.RESPONSIBILITIES Manage evaluate and analyze financial data (forecasts plans operating results and performance objectives) for accuracy and consistency.Provide support and leadership to internal operations for financial evaluation and management of budgets projects plans and investments.Ensure that plant business unit corporate and government financial reporting and analysis requirements are coordinated and met with accuracy and corrective actions as required.Organize the implementation of cost-reduction and business-improvement projects and promote accountability.Coordinate all capital and projects appropriation processes and facilitate post-completion project reviews.Work with the Sales Team on reporting forecasting profitability and growth and ensure proper financial and organizational support.Ensure and manage robust internal controls systems in line with corporate and locational policies and procedures and the integrity of financial transactions and activities.Enhance inventory accuracy by overseeing inventory management procedures including cycle counts and physical inventories and track document explain deviations.QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.6 years of experience in the manufacturing industry is required.Knowledge of SAP is preferred.Excellent communication and organizational skills re required.Must be willing to travel occasionally.MANAGEMENT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
