The Partnership & Sponsorship Manager is responsible for the implementation of sponsorship and partner activities for the business. Support and work closely with the Cofounders of Qween to ensure that commercial partnerships are aligned with the brand objectives. Ability to activate marketing content on social media that highlights the value of sponsorships and generates leads Create initiate and support new concepts and projects with sponsors & Partners Understand the Event Concept and Lead all acquisition efforts including target list development outbound sales seamless onboarding of new sponsors to each individual event and post-event follow-up. Research on potential new sponsors with minimal supervision. Proactive sponsorship acquisition including initial contact presentations and negotiations with potential sponsors. Securing sponsorships & strategic partnerships across India ensuring all deliverable schedules and commitments are met and post-event deliverable reports for each sponsor strategic partner. Monetisation through events sponsorships other media associations Maintain a good knowledge of competitor events and relevant sponsorships. Analysis of partnership campaigns to determine the success and challenges to arrive at the best way forward Support the Director of Sponsorship and Partnership on all relevant matters Prior Experience in Acquiring Event Sponsorships is a must
