It has a new pull cord however the cord won t pull now since it was installed. IDK If the pull cord would work this listing would be rated good rather than fair. This is a good High-Wheel but since moving to Julian where there is no grass for us to mow because our acreage is Cleveland National Forest this lawnmower has not been necessary for 4-5 years. It has been in covered protected storage since moving to Julian.We figure that someone may be inclined to repair the pull cord to have a nice lawn mower. It was started this past summer to assure that it still ran which it had at that time. The new replacement pull cord was installed but after install one cannot pull it to start. There is something that is caught on the cord so recommending starting over by installing a new pull cord Or get the current NEW pull cord to actually pull IDK If you are interested in this and all of the other LAWN ITEMS pictured please contact.
