Senior Human Resources Manager

SUMMARY Management Business Solutions is seeking an Sr. Human Resources Manager for its client in Winamac IN. This individual would be responsible leading all HR functions including planning recruitment and staff administration.RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with cross functional to design and execute talent strategies. Understand business objectives and needs for business strategies and HR strategies. Use data analytics and reporting to advise leaders. Manage annual performance reviews. Assist in recruitment process for hourly and salary positions. QUALIFICATIONSBachelor s degree in HR or related field required. At least 5 years of experience within HR Manage role required.
