We require QUALITY MANAGER with the highest graduation from Hospital Administration for Meenakshi Medical College Hospital To have good knowledge in NABH NABL documentation process To devise and establish the hospital s quality procedures standards and specifications. To review patient requirements and make sure they are met. To set standards for quality as well as health and safety. To make sure that services meet international and national standards. To look at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency. To define quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff. To set-up and maintain controls and documentation procedures. To monitor performance by gathering relevant data and produce statistical reports. To review the existing policies and make suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them. To measure performance and identify any areas of weakness recommending and implementing improvements. Use relevant quality tools and makes sure managers and other staff understands how to improve the business. Quality Manager needs to have Communication and interpersonal skills.
