Case Manager Supervisor

Maximus is hiring a Case Management Supervisor to add to our team. The Case Management Supervisor is responsible for assisting in implementing performance improvement activities tracking data to measure outcomes escalating performance issues to Project Deputy Director and developing strategies to improve performance.Primary Responsibilities Ensure contractual obligations are met by identifying recommending and or developing quality improvement strategies through the evaluation of individual staff performance standards and project performance measures. Collect data and reports to provide leadership with overall project data Analyze data to identify problem areas and develop strategies to improve Identify training needs and development opportunities to support program improvement Comply with all company required policies procedures and processes including but not limited to required training. Identify training needs and development opportunities for projects Minimum Requirements Associate degree or equivalent combination of education technical training or work experience considered in lieu of degree Minimum of two (2) years of related experience. Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience in case management automated data systems working with disadvantaged populations. Broad knowledge of human services programs. Excellent organizational written and verbal communication skills. NYC Vaccine Regulations This is an ON-SITE position located in Jamaica NY.
