What you ll be doing as a Production Manager Study production schedules and determine machine utilization and capacity constraints for completion of job assignments. Make reccomendations for tooling fixtures and automation to help ensure productions success. Manage issues related to employee attendance performance discipline termination and staffing. Supervise and coordinate activities of employees while maintaining daily and monthly quotas ensuring the highest levels of quality and efficiciency. Available shifts Shift timings -1st Shift (Day) and3rd Shift (Night) Job requirements Strong work ethic Working knowlege of secondary equipment including robotics and pad printing. Knowledge of practical understanding of injection molding LIM tooling processing assembly and materials. Must have Prior experience in manufacturing leadership experience.
