Case Manager

Maximus is hiring a Case Manager to join our team Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide administrative clerical support to customer service modification order entry and National Medical Support Notice units and assigned staff Provide customer service relief in the call center during lunches and breaks and in times of high call volume. Enters all orders incoming mail and correspondence into system daily. Ensure completion of all priority referrals. Screen referrals for arrears calculation to determine which referrals should be processed. Assign identified cases to a pending status be worked. Create files based on appropriate referrals and maintain an organized filing system for information while in the data gathering and order entry process. Gather all necessary information screens and recipient ledgers. Fill requests for support orders through accessing microfiche and maintain organization of all support order microfiche. Minimum Requirements High School diploma or equivalent with 0 - 2 years of experience.
