Business solutions Analyst needs bachelor s degree with 3-5 years experience in Project ManagementBusiness solutions analyst requires Experience driving medium to large transformational initiatives that involve integrating various technologies and or replacement of older technology Previous project experience in SDLC workflow improvement or regulatory requirements Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel PowerPoint Microsoft Projects Visio Signavio BPM or any process mapping tools Banking Operations Financial Services or Insurance experience Knowledge of Fixed Income Equities Derivatives Collateral and Cash Management is a plus Project lifecyle required Business solutions analyst duties Drives Treasury Operations initiatives using a structured project methodology and presents analysis solutions and business cases to senior management. Partners with cross functional teams including IT Business and various Stakeholders on project initiation execution and delivery with the ability to articulate details and requirements to audience across all levels Creates and maintains various project artifacts including Project Charter Business Case Project Plan both high level roadmaps and subsidiary plans for managing requirements UAT Testing Plan RAIDs Project Status and Leadership Reporting Manages all aspects of the project lifecycle defines matrices and indicators on the project health and ensures all deliverables are met per the project timeframe and delivers the expected benefits Proactively monitors the project status knowing when to escalate issues risks by leveraging key Steer group stakeholders for resolving issues and minimizing risks and roadblocks Be responsible for the smooth integration of changes to minimize service disruptions Aligns project strategies and results with wider organizational needs. Determines channels to gauge and report on project success. Analyzes system infrastructure and existing process flows to determine gaps impact or opportunities for efficiency
