Position Title Personal Assistant Purpose We are looking for a versatile and highly organized administrative assistant to perform personalized administrative duties for an executive.Essential Duties Completes personal errands and tasks as necessary Organize and schedule professional and personal appointments Carries out administrative duties such as filing typing copying scanning etc. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office. Assist with purchasing of items necessary for home and office. Day-to-day coordination of logistics related to business personal and family affairs Managing and completing tasks autonomously as directed Organize and facilitate travel (booking travel when needed preparing detailed itineraries prior to travel making restaurant reservations etc.) Coordinate plan and organize business and personal events Assist with daily time management Various administrative duties as needed
