A small privately owned survey company is a seeking to hire a Survey Draftsperson to layout right of way mortgage location boundary ALTA s and topographic surveys.REQUIREMENTSAssociates in Drafting or experienced Survey Drafter Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D & or MicroStation. Experience with construction documents and survey plans. 2 to 5 years experience of doing survey drafting for right of way mortgage location boundary ALTA s and topographic surveys. Able to follow directions from associates. Works with department managers project managers and field survey crews on the day-to-day responsibilities and operations Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.
