SUMMARY Management Business Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Manager for its client in Hillsdale MI. This individual would be responsible for leading efforts to attract develop and retain talent through planning developing and implementing programs. RESPONSIBILITIES Resolve employee issues. Prepare and help corrective actions and terminations. Contribute within meeting and SRMP. Develop programs policies and procedures. Coach managers and supervisors on skills. Review and analyze performance reports. Consult with leadership to solve organizational issues. Lead the recruitment and selection process. Track and report monthly and annually for KPI data. Manage and develop the HR team. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s degree in HR Business or related field required. 5 years of experience in HR or related field required. Knowledge of MS Office applications. Previous experience within recruiting is preferred. Knowledge of HR Systems and Payroll including time keeping systems. Knowledge in Government employment regulations and HR procedures.
