Human Resources Manager

SUMMARY Management Business Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Manager for its client in Winamac IN. This individual would be responsible for leading all HR functions including planning recruitment and staff administration. This is an on-site position. Relocation assistance available for the ideal candidate.RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with cross-functional to design and execute talent strategies. Understand business objectives and needs for business strategies and HR strategies. Use data analytics and reporting to advise leaders. Manage annual performance reviews. Assist in the recruitment process for hourly and salary positions. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s degree in HR or related field required. At least 7 years of experience within an HR Manage role is required. Previous experience in the manufacturing industry preferred. Prior experience with HRIS systems.
