Candidate will provide subject matter expertise to the Business Operations Directorate (BOD) and to support senior level leadership within the Office of the Deputy Chief Information Officer Special Access Programs Information Technology (DCIO SAP IT). Candidate must be able to provide strategic advice counsel and sound recommendations to support and defend policy decisions synchronize investments and drive sound outcomes. Provides technological business and tactical guidance and leadership to the BOD. Responsible for the coaching mentoring and professional development of team members. Identifies opportunities for enhancing the capabilities to support and achieve overall agency objectives. Successfully collaborates with various levels of the organization including the executive team. Develops and oversees the execution of long-term to support the BOD and the office of the DCIO SAP IT to prioritize initiatives and projects based on their impact to the organization resource requirements and cost restraints.What You Will Do Acquisition and Project Support acquisition and project management support for market research requirements management & COR file maintenance FY23 task Develop plan to hold project reviews for major SAP IT projects Administrative support resource management for the Chief of Staff Directorate to provide o Administrative support Maintaining office and travel budget Develop documents to support Program Objective Memorandum Requirements Support the development and maintenance of BOD documentation Assist with the development of annual reporting requirements to Congress Inform senior leaders within the DoD on BOD requirements Provide effective verbal and written correspondence Self-starter with ability to work independently and part of a cross-functional team Builds strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders to improve services and ensure service levels are achievedRequired Skills Demonstrated technical track record with proven experience developing data security standards Leverages business understanding and experience to effectively prioritize the team and project activities Able to impart focus by developing clear goals and priorities Able to juggle and prioritize multiple projects initiatives Collaborates within team to clarify work objectives address and resolve issues and generate creative solutions to challenges and opportunities Engages with customer partner and internal stakeholders to ensure proper project definition implementation and monitoring Strong ability to develop collaborative and productive relationships with a wide range of cross functional leaders and stakeholders Actively solicits and is open to various points of view Regularly informs and presents project progress results insights and recommendations to senior leadership Confidently leads meetings and discussions in an effective and efficient manner Engages with users vendors and business partners stakeholders to influence technology and process choices and project activity planning Contributes to the DCIO SAP IT s strategy development and ensures appropriate focus and alignment Demonstrates a broad understanding of how effective information and data management underpins significant aspects of business performance 10 years of experience with performing acquisitions analysis process analysis and requirements analysis Strong logical reasoning and critical thinking skills including ability to pivot and respond to and integrate information from various sources Ability to absorb and synthesize information from various outlets and develop effective products for senior DoD leadership Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to master other computer applications quickly Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic work environment and ability to coordinate and perform multiple assignments Bachelor s Degree or higher Active TS SCI in DISSDesired Skills Experience working with Special Access Programs Experience working at the OSD Joint Staff or Service Staff level
