The company offers a wide range of commercial applications like POS and ERP for the eastern region to meet the needs of different target groups catering retail and wholesale. Job Duties Lead the sales team to achieve business goals by planning directing and monitoring daily commercial and sales activities. Plan direct and manage the company wide sales strategies and be responsible for their on-time execution. Monitor the performance of the sales team set up sales goals and milestones to ensure reaching exceeding sales goals and the sales volume is increased. Oversee the development of sales processes implement effective policies and procedures to increase efficiency and return of commercial and sales activities. Lead weekly internal sales meeting manage and coordinate the sales team s workloads to ensure their responsibilities and targets are met. Attend industry meetings and conferences to explore sales opportunities represent sales at all cross departmental leadership meetings meet with key clients to negotiate the terms and conditions on behalf of the company to maximize sales revenue. Prepare sales forecasts across all channels and markets be responsible for the creation and management of sales department budgets Collaborate with other departments to create powerful sales campaigns and strategies to attract potential sales opportunities and enhance sales performance. Keep up to date with the market demands and trends to ensure POS King s competitiveness in the industry. Report to the senior management team with timely feedback and analysis regarding sales performance reports budget spending and forecasts Recruit develop train coach and manage the sales team to ensure all business standards are achieved Qualifications A university degree or college diploma in business or in a related field. Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in leading a sales team. Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills results-driven and self-motivated. Excellent problem-solving analytical and critical thinking skills.
