Our Broker Viola Richardson has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. She received her degree in Social Sciences with an emphasis in education from Kansas State University in 1983. She taught school in the Dallas area and pursued real estate after relocating to Houston TX. Viola initially became a real estate investor and started her own company Mizel Real Estate Investment Group LLC. She became a licensed Realtor in Cypress TX and after two years she went after her brokers license and opened her own brokerage in 2011. 10% of agent commission is donated to The VanRoss Foundation Scholarship Fund.
