Job Duties Review improve and execute the company s information system policies and procedures ensure that they are in line with the company s goals and requirements Oversee the day-to-day operations of information systems ensure that systems and infrastructure are functioning optimally and that any issues are resolved quickly and effectively Estimate costs and timelines of each project and oversee their development and operations Collect specification requirements from clients and convert them into workable projects within budgets Identify and address potential risks and implement measures to protect the company s systems and data Lead a team of IT professionals and deliver the best possible outcome of each project Work with other departments within the company to identify and address IT needs and issues and to ensure that technology is aligned with company s goals Monitor team s performance by allocating and scheduling tasks provide guidance feedback and support as needed to ensure that team members are working effectively and efficiently Recruit and train new members of IT professionals Qualifications A bachelor s degree in computer science engineering business administration or commerce or related fields is required Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment Extensive knowledge of IT operation best practices and policies Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate different perspectives and arrive at a decision Organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail and a proven ability to prioritize competing demands
