Hung s noodle is currently looking for an Operating officer - administration.Our Location is at Bay 25 1410 40 Ave NE Calgary AB Canada T2E 6L1Job duties include Review evaluate and implement new administrative procedures Delegate work to office support staff Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met Carry out administrative activities of establishment Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation relocation equipment supplies forms disposal of assets parking maintenance and security services Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative proceduresThis position will be full-time and permanent the wage will be 30.00 hour with 30-40 working hours per week. The overtime rate begins after 8 hours of work per day and after 44 hours of work per week. Overtime work will be paid a 1.5x the regular pay rate.Job requirement Work experience at least two to less than three years of relative working experience Education requirements college graduation Language ability to speak and write in English is required.
