Lead train and assign staff ensuring everyone is on the case to provide the best customer experience. Ensure our mystical store remains in top-notch condition-organized and clean. Schedule shifts and foster a positive working environment. Maintain a keen eye on our inventory order new titles phase outdated ones and always be on the lookout for the next mystery game. Engage with our customers and ensure our customers leaves our store with a sense of wonder. Resolve any concerns or complaints with utmost professionalism. Handle sales authorize payments and prepare records and reports regularly. Promote our exclusive membership and special offers and manage member records. Qualifications Completion of secondary school is required. Previous experience in retail store is required experience in board game mystery game or other entertainment store is preferred. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills. A passion for board games.
