Job descriptionWe are a local family-owned body shop located in Gaithersburg MD. We are currently seeking an outgoing professional individual to assist our clients in preparing estimates and coordinating collision repair work. JOB SUMMARY The Estimator is responsible for guiding clients through the process of initiating collision repair and coordinating with insurance companies and clients in a high-quality and efficient manner that produces a great result for our guests RESPONSIBILITIES - Properly estimate and coordinate collision repair in an efficient manner. - Coordinate with the Body Shop Production Team Technicians and Painters to ensure repairs are completed in a satisfactory and timely manner. - Determining the feasibility of repair versus replacement of parts such as bumpers fenders and doors. - Preparing insurance forms to indicate repair cost estimates and recommendations. - Presenting information and responding to questions from clients co-workers and insurance company representatives.
