Business For sale in Boswell Oklahoma. 4 1 2 city block in the down town area. Boswell Flowers and Gifts plus lots. It was once a resturant and I turned it into a gift flower shop. It has 3 restrooms kitchen two large rooms. I Use one for Store and the other room for workroom and storage. It has as small loft for an office. There is also a very tiny room use for a closet by the kitchen. We sell ice cream sweets home decor metal yard art plants fresh flowers and anything else we can think of. It can be easily converted into something else. I was also once a resturant bar. One side had bar and game room. The size of the store 62 x 98 . There is a small side business connected to me that I rent out it is 12 x 20 . In the back we have a 16 x20 shed and a smaller shed 9 x 20 . The florist has been in business about 30 years I have owned for 13 years. I move into this location 2 years ago.
