We will accurately identify customer needs and provide strategic customized services based on the various experiences accumulated over the past 15 years. The company provide a professional service to public and corporations which is specialized in Manufacturing Engineering IT Logistics and Franchises field. We are currently seeking to hire a Bookkeeper with experience in accounting field to join our team.A. Responsibilities.-Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying allocating and posting transactions.-Managing bank and general ledger reconciliations as well as payroll processing for client files.-Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.-Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance reconciling entries.-Maintains historical records by filing documents.-Calculate and prepare cheques for payrolls and for utility tax and other bills-Prepare tax returns and perform other bookkeeping servicesB. Qualifications- High school diploma required.- At least 1year work experience in bookkeeping accounting service- Communication skills in English. C.
