SUMMARY Management Business Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our client in Davenport IA. The person will be responsible for enhancing environmental and health and safety practices while maintaining cost controls for both the plant and department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning coordinating and executing maintenance and repair activities for our facilities and equipment. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan to ensure the regular inspection repair and preventive maintenance of all equipment and facilities. Oversee the maintenance repair and replacement of machinery equipment and systems to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operations. Maintain and improve the overall condition of the company s facilities including buildings grounds and utilities. Manage spare parts and inventory to ensure the availability of necessary components for repairs and replacements. Identify opportunities for process improvements cost savings and efficiency enhancements within the maintenance department. Oversee the department s environmental health and safety performance including long-term strategy development day-to-day management and collaboration with other department managers with a focus on achieving annual EHS objectives through the EHS Coordinator s support. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s degree in Finance Engineering Industrial Management or a related field. MBA is a plus. 5 years of experience encompassing machine repair maintenance management and working within the manufacturing industry. 3 years of experience in a supervisory role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products preferred. Knowledge of safety regulations required. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
