Bella Coola Valley Inn is located in Bella Coola town and fully provides an accommodation service. Now we are looking for hotel housekeepers who are willing to become our valued team members Employer Bremer Canada Enterprises Ltd. (o a Bella Coola Valley Inn) Position 3 Full-time Hotel HousekeeperWorking Location 441 Mackenzie Street PO Box 949 Bella Coola BC. V0T 1C0Wage 17.50 19.50 per hour (to be negotiated) and 4% of the gross income for paid vacation per year.Work Hours 30 40 hours per week.Start date of Employment ASAP Responsibilities- Performs cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of the house (Bella Coola Valley Inn)- Sweep mop wash wax and polish floors.- Make beds change sheets and distribute clean towels and toiletries.- Pick up debris and empty trash containers.- Consistently offers professional friendly and engaging services.- Ensures housekeeping departmental standards are followed.- Responds timely to guests special requests for miscellaneous items like cribs costs and extra towels etc.- Maintains the inventory of necessary supplies.- Reports necessary maintenance items.- Follows policies and procedures.- Follows all safety and sanitation policies.- Assists other parts when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.- Performs additional duties as needed. Requirements- Education secondary (high) school graduation certificate.- Certification for housekeeping attendants or similar certification would be an advantage.- Experience an asset.- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures.- Good communication skills.
