CNC Machinists (1st and 2nd shift openings) - Canton Ohio - JOB 23-00764Salary Range 25.00 - 33.00 HR Permanent Position with Benefits. Canton Ohio area manufacturer is seeking to hire CNC Machinists with mills or lathes experience.REQUIREMENTSHigh School graduate or GED 3 years machining experience preferred Ability to operate metal cutting equipment such as CNC Lathes VTLs VBMs CNC Milling Machines Band Saws Keyseaters Presses and Bearing Pullers Overhead Cranes and Fork Trucks Set-up machines by properly securing parts onto the machines and can select the proper tool insert for the operation to be performed Perform daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance around assigned work area Read and understand Engineering Drawings and Blueprints Use gauges and measuring tools to achieve drawing specifications and tolerances Operate and set up Johnford CNC lathe & Johnford 4 Axis Mill a plus Renishaw probe experience preferred Ability to read G and M code of Fanuc controls preferred MasterCam experience a plus Ability to edit programs and understanding macros a plus Shifts can be somewhat flexible based on employee needs. (1 st 6am 3pm M-F 2 nd Noon 10pm M Th.)
