Heavy Equipment Mechanic Helper

Noremac Group is looking for a full-time Heavy Equipment Mechanic Helper at 6516 68 Ave NW Edmonton AB T6B 3M3 Canada. There are 4positions available. Main duties are as follows but not limited to Move tools equipment and other materials to and from work areas Assist in checking trucks trailers concrete pumps and other heavy equipment for proper performance and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions Assist in Diagnosing faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine extent of repair required Assist in adjusting equipment and repair or replace defective parts components or systems using hand and power tools Assist in mechanical electrical and body repairs of trucks trailers and heavy equipment Assist in testing repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturers specifications Assist in repairing and maintaining truck trailers & heavy equipment Assist in cleaning lubricating and performing other routine maintenance work on heavy equipment Perform other labouring and elemental tasks as required. Hours of work are 40 hours week (overtime pay after 44 hours). Pay is 28.85 hour. Successful candidates must speak English and have completed high school.
