Quality Engineer

SUMMARY Management Business Solutions is seeking a Quality Engineer for its metal products client in East Troy WI. The person will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in manufacturing metal products. This is an on-site position. RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct comprehensive inspections of manufacturing processes materials and finished metal products to ensure they meet quality standards specifications and industry regulations. Identify and investigate non-conformities defects or process deviations. Implement corrective and preventive actions to address issues and reduce quality risks. Maintain accurate records of quality control tests inspections and audit results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that enhance product quality and increase efficiency. Develop review and update quality assurance procedures work instructions and standard operating procedures. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations staying informed about changes and updates that may impact product quality. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field. 5 years of experience in a quality role within a manufacturing environment required. Metal manufacturing experience is preferred. Working experience in Aerospace and nuclear is highly preferred. Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment and work independently with little to no guidance. Strong knowledge of quality control methods tools and techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
