We specialize in international transportation storage and delivery of freights worldwide. Our company is currently in search for a permanent full time freight forwarding coordinator to join our team. As the freight forwarding coordinator the ideal candidate is required to complete the following tasksEstablish and maintain standardized procedure for all logistic activities of the company. Coordinate allocation of product for inventory to keep warehouse capacity at optimal levels. Plan route and track the shipments according to customer requirement. Maintain accurate filing system(s) update input details of shipments in the system and ensure accuracy for billing. Complete export declaration and import manifests for all type of air and ocean shipments. Estimate or quote prices credit or contract terms warranties and delivery dates. Complete accurate monthly reports as requested by management. Work with Finance & Accounting to help collect on delinquent accounts. Continually review and monitor freight costs and transportation rates to keep costs down where possible. Address and resolve shipment and inventory issues. Adhere to all relevant rules and regulations.
