SUMMARY Management Business Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for its client in City of Industry CA. The person will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of various machinery and mechanical equipment crucial to operations. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for machinery to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and guidelines actively participating in maintaining a safe work environment. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities including repairs replacements and preventive maintenance to facilitate tracking and analysis. Identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements suggesting and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and reliability. QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or GED required. Associates degree or trade school certification preferred. 3 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance encompassing the repair of heavy equipment. Strong understanding of hydraulic pneumatic and mechanical systems. Proficiency in industrial electrical systems including advanced knowledge in electrical design. Can work 2nd or 3rd shift required.
