Sitter wanted

I am looking for a sitter for my 12 year old son. I work out of town 2 weeks out of every month. Occasionally it s 2 weeks straight and other times it s 4-5 days at a time. I need someone reliable and trustworthy. I prefer an older woman from a different country. My mother came to America as a small child and I want someone that was raised with some of the same culture values that I was.
