Coordinate with supplies and place orders for supplies as needed. Help in processing payroll and maintaining employee records. Assist in the preparation of regular financial and operations reports. Record and prepare minutes of meetings. Schedule appointments and meetings and manage the Manager s calendar. Make travel arrangements for the Manager when needed. Help in managing invoices receipts and other records. Establish and improve computerized filing systems. Assist in planning and organizing restaurant events or promotional activities.
