Repaired or replaced faulty components to return elevator or escalator to fully operational status. Serviced installed elevator or escalator to maintain proper functioning and prevent mechanical or electrical issues. Read and interpreted blueprints to determine layout of system components and select equipment for installation or repair. Assembled elevator cars by installing platform walls and doors. Available shifts Shift timings -1st Shift (Day) Job requirements Previous experience with mechanical ability for heavy equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance on equipment. Able to work with little to no supervision. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. Knowledge of equipment maintenance including manual and power tool operation. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
