Must be able to make complete and accurate set ups without assistance. Properly set up and run 3 4 and 5-axis milling machines. Verify quality through in-process inspection. Have the ability and willingness to run multiple machines. Read programs and make speeds and feeds program changes. Will troubleshoot jobs.Requirements At least 3 recent years experience setting up and running multi-axis CNC machines desired. Aerospace experience a plus. Proficiency in using precision measuring tools. Ability to read blueprints and understand GD& T. Understanding and interpretation of customer specifications. Familiarity with G and M programming codes. Proficiency using HAAS and Fanuc Control. Mazatrol turning a plus but not required.
