SUMMARY Management Business Solutions is seeking a Senior Maintenance and Reliability Supervisor for its client in Eddyville IA. The person will be responsible for managing the operational efficiency and reliability of the facilities. Relocation is offered for this position. RESPONSIBILITIES Design and implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize equipment reliability. Foster effective communication and coordination to support overall plant goals. Implement safety protocols and measures to create a secure working environment. Assign tasks to the maintenance team ensuring alignment with overall operational goals. Implement strategies to streamline maintenance processes without compromising operational efficiencies. Develop a high-performing team of maintenance professionals. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in handling unforeseen challenges and tasks. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field or equivalent experience required. 4 years of experience in maintenance operations or engineering including supervisory experience required. Knowledge in production maintenance or project management. Holds certification as a maintenance reliability professional or an equivalent accredited certification.
