Assist with viewing touring the property providing accurate information about each apartment home properly process rental applications secure lease agreements from qualified persons and participate in lease renewals. Work with the maintenance team addressing work orders for the property Available shifts Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day) & Weekends Tuesday-Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 8am-5pm Job requirements Preferably Bilingual - Spanish and possess tax credit property experience At least 1 year experience in similar role Strong computer skills (MS Office property management-related software email internet social media).
