Perform incoming in-process and final inspections of parts as required. Perform standard wet process laboratory analysis such as chemical bath titrations. Maintain proper quality logs and or quality records as required by customer and government agencies. 50% of job will require parts measurement. Perform and document quality compliance audits as necessary. Perform and document calibration of quality critical equipment and instrumentation. Assist in the training of personnel in quality requirements and related procedures. Complete and or verify part quality documentation (certifications job control documents etc.) FAA DOT mandated drug and alcohol testing applies to this position. Maintains full compliance with Company policies and procedures and conducts all activities in accordance with the Company Code of Conduct. Available shifts Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day) & Weekends Job requirements Ability to accurately measure in-process and final processed parts with high precision utilizing most fundamental measurement tools. Minimum of a high school diploma or a general education diploma (GED). Experience working in a quality position a laboratory analysis position and or in a manufacturing field preferred. Use of both specialized and standard computer applications in the performance of duties. Requires Heavy Lifting of Parts 30lbs and up to 100lbs with assistance. Ability to work overtime and various schedules when necessary including weekend hours and or evenings. Drug and Alcohol screening.
