Project Engineer - Medina OH - JOB 24-00172Salary Range 75K - 90k A multi-discipline consulting firm on Akron s west side has an immediate need for a Project Engineer for a new chemical process facility construction project as well as other small process modification related projects. Provide documentation of process design criteria. Develop process flow diagrams material and energy balances piping and instrument diagrams functional specifications for process controls and major equipment specifications.REQUIREMENTS Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering P.E. License preferred 5 years experience in hands-on engineering and or process design of chemical processes and equipment 5 years experience with the design and layout of process piping systems Ability to work well in a team environment and capable of leading teams Ability to multi-task working with several engineers and designers on multiple projects Hands-on CAD skills and some experience with appropriate engineering calculations Good communication skills the ability to work with limited supervision and a desire to grow with firm Candidates may be required to submit to a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
