Weekend Sub Arc Lance End Block WelderPay 26 hr.Hours Friday-Sunday 5 30PM-5AM (Work 36 paid 40)Job Type Temp to HireLocation Catoosa OklahomaJob Description This position requires proficiency in operating overhead or jib cranes to position headers at machine clamping aligning electrodes on welding heads over weld joints and threading electrode wire through feed rolls and welding heads. The role involves setting the specified angle of the electrode filling hoppers with flux directing nozzles over weld lines and adjusting knobs for current voltage and feed synchronization. It includes observing meters and gauges visually examining welds for specifications adherence and using pneumatic and electric grinders. The ability to use levels adjust machine setups layout fit and tack work pieces together is essential. Preheating work pieces removing surplus slag flux and spatter and making repairs with carbon arc gougers are required. The position demands maintaining production records punctual and regular attendance on-site work overtime and cooperation with colleagues customers vendors and management. The ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment and interchange roles within the department is also necessary.Job Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
