Job description Hiring on International voice processing - Handle inbound calls from healthcare providers to resolve billing discrepancies and obtain payment plans. - Process patient statements verify insurance coverage and update account information in the system. - Identify potential issues with claims submissions and work with internal teams to resolve them promptly. - Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Job Requirements - 0-1 year of experience in an International Voice Process or similar environment. - Strong communication skills for effective phone conversations with diverse customer base. - Ability to work on night shifts (US shift) as per business requirements.
