CNC Milling Set-Up Machinist (1st Shift) - Cleveland Ohio - JOB 24-00676Hourly Rate 27.00 HR Permanent Position with Benefits. Cleveland area company is seeking a CNC Milling Set-Up Machinist. The CNC Milling Set-Up Machinist will be doing R& D prototype work within a specialized team within the company. This individual will learn specialized CNC laser technologies.REQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma or GED required CNC Certifications desired Must 5 years minimum CNC Milling Set-Up experience. Horizontal and or vertical milling experience required. Must be capable of working on intricate delicate features under a microscope (feature size as small as .0004 ). Laser cutting welding or marking experience is a plus. Experience handling flat and tubular product preferred. Must have excellent math skills. Ability to read blueprints and drawings. Must have a good understanding with GD& T is required. Must understand inspection procedures. Must be able to make offsets. Experience with 4 or 5 axis required. Must have cutter tool compensation experience.
