Billing Analyst Duties & Responsibilities Review and verify invoicing data for accuracy. Process and send out client invoices timely. Collaborate with sales or service teams to resolve any billing discrepancies. Analyze billing processes and recommend improvements. Maintain updated records of all billing transactions. Handle client inquiries related to billing and provide appropriate solutions. Assist in monthly financial close related to billing adjustments and write-offs. Monitor account balances and ensure timely payment from clients. Train team members on new billing systems or processes when necessary. Billing Analyst Requirements Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a comparable discipline. Documented background in billing invoicing or a similar capacity. Proficiency with billing software and other relevant financial systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication skills both written and verbal. Capable of juggling multiple tasks and adhering to strict deadlines in a high-energy setting.
