Monitor and adjust web path tension to meet production standards. Perform quality control checks to ensure high product standards. Follow safety and compliance protocols throughout production operations. Handle physical tasks such as lifting pushing pulling up to 51 lbs and standing or walking 90% of the day. Must-Have Qualifications Experience in textile manufacturing including web path handling and tension control. Mechanical aptitude with overhead crane and forklift operation experience.
