Plastic Mold Setter Process Leader - Akron Ohio - JOB 24-00739Salary Range 52k - 83k Permanent Position with Benefits Akron Ohio area manufacturer is seeking to hire an experienced Plastic Mold Setter Process LeaderREQUIREMENTSHigh School Graduate (Trade school Associate degree is a plus) Use crane and other lifting devices to install mold into press Verify proper fit clamping and ejectors of mold Document and or verify process documentation sheet Verify proper nozzle length and tip diameter Set up or verify proper water lines Set up fixtures and conveyors for production runs Monitor controller chiller dryer Program automated robotic machine system Remove molds to ensure proper cleaning and maintenance is performed Read and interpret mold setup process sheets and part production work instructions Analyzes and develops new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.
