Production Execution - Follow the production plan to execute daily activities effectively ensuring that production targets are met. - Monitor production processes and workflow to optimize efficiency and output. 2. Quality Management - Conduct quick analyses of quality issues and implement corrective actions to address problems. - Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain product quality standards throughout the production process. 3. Training and Development - Execute training programs for team members to enhance skills and knowledge related to production processes and safety protocols. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team. 4. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) - Implement TPM practices in the designated zone to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency. - Work with maintenance teams to identify areas for improvement and ensure equipment is well-maintained. 5. Compliance and Standards - Adhere to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards in all production activities ensuring compliance with company policies. - Follow RNAIPL safety rules and best practices to maintain a safe working environment. 6. Safety Training - Train team members on safety protocols and best practices ensuring a clear understanding of safety measures and their importance. - Promote a safety-first culture within the team emphasizing adherence to safety guidelines and practices.
