Production Support - Support production operations by ensuring the smooth functioning of machinery and processes minimizing downtime and disruptions. - Quickly respond to equipment failures and coordinate repairs to restore operations efficiently. 3. Quality and Productivity Collaboration - Collaborate with team members to achieve quality standards and productivity goals ensuring compliance with operational procedures. - Participate in team meetings to discuss operational challenges and propose solutions. 4. Training and Skill Development - Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge relevant to maintenance practices and equipment operation. - Stay updated on new technologies and best practices in maintenance and repair. 5. Record Keeping - Maintain accurate records of work performed including maintenance schedules repair logs and inventory management of parts and supplies. - Assist in managing inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary to ensure uninterrupted maintenance activities.
